A quick thank you…

Just a quick post in order to say a quick thank you to all of you who have responded to my comments about the weather in this morning's/last night's Morning News.

I'm actually quite overwhelmed by the response!

Strangely enough, none of you (so far) have told me to "forget this silly idea - you're barking up the wrong tree!"

And that is a real surprise to me!

As a result, I shall be asking all of you who have responded to see if I can reproduce your comments in tomorrow's Morning News.

The Racing Post and the Sporting Life might mention that a certain horse doesn't like uphill finishes or bumpy ground.

However, they never mention that a certain horse does badly when it's peeing down with rain.

Just because a fundamental metric isn't discussed doesn't mean that it doesn't matter.

Even if it has no overall statistical relevance, surely it needs to be considered.

Anyway, once again, a big thank you to all of you who have responded so far;

I'll be updating you with my initial findings tomorrow morning.

Please expect some motorcycle road racing (the only decent type of motorbike racing) and football analogies to try to explain my point.
