Well...
I am going to sleep well tonight!
Once a year we have a fair come to the village; some of the attractions get set up in the market square; it is very noisy; I live in the market square.
That basically means that, for four days and nights I don't really get any sleep.
However, the fair closed down yesterday at midnight and, although they made a lot of noise breaking down the attractions and loading them onto lorries, (and are still banging away at it) it'll be as quiet as could be tonight.
Yesterday I did manage to get a lot of work done; specifically on my client management and billing systems.

Have you ever been guilty of looking at others your own age and thinking, "surely I can't look that old"...
Well...
You'll love this story...
From a lady called Claire
"My name is Claire...9/2 ISP (Awaiting BSP)
I was sitting in the waiting room for my first appointment with a new dentist.
I noticed his degree on the wall, which bore his full name.
Suddenly, I remembered a tall , handsome, dark-haired boy with the same name had been in my high school some 25-odd years ago.
Could he be the same guy that I had a secret crush on, way back then?
Upon seeing him, however, I quickly discarded any such thought.
This balding, gray-haired man with the deeply lined face was way too old to have been my classmate.
After he examined my teeth, I asked him if he had attended the same school as mine..
"Yes. yes, I did.' he gleamed with pride.
"When did you graduate?" I asked.
He answered, "In 1987. Why do you ask?"
"You were in my class!!!!", I happily exclaimed.
He looked at me closely.
Then,
that
ugly,
old,
bald,
wrinkled faced,
gray-haired,
decrepit,
idiot,
asked..."What subject did you teach" ?"
Whatever you are up to today...
Stay safe and healthy.
As always...
My kindest regards
