Good morning...

Well, yesterday was certainly better than Monday with all 6 Investment Betting selections winning (11.64 points profits (after a 2% commission) to the 6 points bet) and the only Intelligent Betting selection also winning.

It's strange how we can have average days and then really good days but I guess that it does all even out in the long run.

Just a heads up...

There won't be a Morning News tomorrow.

Or, rather, there will be a Morning News but I won't be be emailing it out; If you want to see it you can access it at the front page of FocusRatings.com

This is because I am doing some work on my email server and I'm not sure when I'll get that finished (although I am having a very early start.)

The interviewer grimaces and then says, "Okay. You've got enough points for me to hire you right now."

"Our normal hours are from 8 am to 4 pm. You can start tomorrow at 10 am and plan on starting at 10 am every day."

The guy is puzzled and asks, "If the work hours are from 8 am to 4 pm, why don't you want me here until 10 am?"

"This is a government job," the interviewer says. "For the first two hours, we just stand around drinking coffee and scratching our balls. So no point in your coming in for that."
