Good morning...

Place Profits

I have finished the analysis of the new strategy for Place Profits.

Over the last week there were 6 selections, all successfully placed.

I have also been looking at individual previous selections to ensure that each one was the logical selection.

This strategy is actually a merger of the existing two strategies that generate the Place Profits selections.

These are the results...

From today, Place Profits members will receive these selections (as well as the selections for the existing strategies) and these will be the selections that I proof to Racing Index.

At the start of last week I mentioned that I have some ideas about using the ratings to profit from All Weather races.

Focus Ratings

Here are the results in the Traffic Light Results PDF format... Yesterday's Traffic Light Results

Yesterday's Results, show a strike rate (for our top rated horse) of 11.11%.

Yesterday's Live Ratings, show a strike rate (for our top rated horse) of 15%.

Yesterday's - Link to Follow - results for All Races (including previously unrated races), show a strike rate (for our top rated horse) of 9.52% from all 21 Races (including previously unrated races.)

The Overall Profit Index. If you had blindly backed every top three rated horse in all of the races you would have had 22.58 units returned to 56 units staked. The Overall Profit Index was, thus, -59.68%

Top Rated Horse - There were 2 winners from the top rated horses from 18 Races. If you had blindly backed the top rated horse in all of the races you would have had 4.33 units returned to 18 units staked. The Top Rated Profit Index was, thus, -75.94%

2nd Rated Horse - There were 5 winners from the second rated horses from 19 Races. If you had blindly backed the 2nd rated horse in all of the races you would have had 16 units returned to 19 units staked. The 2nd Rated Profit Index was, thus, -15.79%

3rd Rated Horse - There were 1 winners from the third rated horses from 19 Races. If you had blindly backed the 3rd rated horse in all of the races you would have had 2.25 units returned to 19 units staked. The 3rd Rated Profit Index was, thus, -88.16%

Non Handicap Races - Top Rated Horse - There were 8 non-handicap races yesterday. From these races there were 1 Top Rated winners. Thus, the Strike Rate (for Top Rated Horses) was 12.5%

Top Rated Horse - If you had blindly backed the top rated horse in all of the races you would have had 0 units returned to 8 units staked. The Top Rated Non-Handicap Profit Index was, thus, -100%

Non Handicap Races - Top Three Rated Horses - There were 8 non-handicap races yesterday. From these races there were 4 Top Three Rated winners. Thus, the Strike Rate (for the Top Three Rated Horses) was 50%

Something to make you smile...

Son's Note...

A father was walking past his son’s bedroom one day and happened to look in.

He was astonished to see that his bed was nicely made and everything was picked up off the floor.

Then he saw an envelope, propped up prominently on the pillow that was addressed to ‘Dad.’

Fearing the worst, he opened the envelope with trembling hands and read the letter. It said:

Dear Dad,

It is with great regret and sadness that I’m writing you. I had to elope with my new girlfriend because I wanted to avoid a scene with Mom and you.

I have been finding real passion with Susie and she is so nice. But I knew you would not approve of her because of all her piercing, tattoos, tight motorcycle clothes and the fact that she is much older than I am.

But it’s not only the passion. Dad she’s pregnant.

Don’t worry though, Susie said that we will be very happy. She owns a trailer in the woods and has a stack of firewood for the whole winter. We share a dream of having many more children.

Susie has also opened my eyes to the fact that marijuana doesn’t really hurt anyone. We’ll be growing it for ourselves and trading it with the other people that live nearby for cocaine and ecstasy.

In the meantime, we will pray that science will find a cure for AIDS so that Susie can get better. She deserves it.

Don’t worry Dad. I’m 15 and I know how to take care of myself.

Someday I’m sure that we will be back to visit so that you can get to know your grandchildren.
