Good morning...

After a nice weekend off...

I am now back to work, fully refreshed.

Today I shall create an empty spreadsheet for those of you who wish to use the Annuity Staking Plan for your own purposes.

I shall include all the formulas and equations that you can copy and paste into every month end.

The hardest thing, I guess, will be to explain how to use it.

Once you get used to it, it is easy but...

Explaining how to use it might be a challenge for me.

I shall use the new R10 selections as working data but, once again, you mac use any system or strategy as long as it has a reasonably high strike rate.

The Overall Profit Index. If you had blindly backed every top three rated horse in all of the races you would have had 55.45 units returned to 82 units staked. The Overall Profit Index was, thus, -32.38%

Top Rated Horse - There were 4 winners from the top rated horses from 27 Races. If you had blindly backed the top rated horse in all of the races you would have had 14.28 units returned to 27 units staked. The Top Rated Profit Index was, thus, -47.11%

2nd Rated Horse - There were 4 winners from the second rated horses from 28 Races. If you had blindly backed the 2nd rated horse in all of the races you would have had 28.17 units returned to 28 units staked. The 2nd Rated Profit Index was, thus, 0.61%

3rd Rated Horse - There were 3 winners from the third rated horses from 27 Races. If you had blindly backed the 3rd rated horse in all of the races you would have had 13 units returned to 27 units staked. The 3rd Rated Profit Index was, thus, -51.85%

Non Handicap Races - Top Rated Horse - There were 10 non-handicap races yesterday. From these races there were 1 Top Rated winners. Thus, the Strike Rate (for Top Rated Horses) was 10%

Top Rated Horse - If you had blindly backed the top rated horse in all of the races you would have had 1.91 units returned to 10 units staked. The Top Rated Non-Handicap Profit Index was, thus, -80.9%

Non Handicap Races - Top Three Rated Horses - There were 10 non-handicap races yesterday. From these races there were 3 Top Three Rated winners. Thus, the Strike Rate (for the Top Three Rated Horses) was 30%

Something to make you smile...

A police officer is sitting in his cruiser watching for speeding cars...

He sees a car puttering along at 10 km/hr and thinks "this car is almost as dangerous as a speeder" and pulls them over.

As he walks up to the car and little of lady driving rolls down the window and asks "is there something wrong officer?"

"Well, yes" says the cop "why are you driving so slowly?""

"I'm going the limit" says the little old lady, very confused "the sign back there says 10."

"You're mistaken ma'am, that sign was to tell you that this is route 10, the limit here 60."

"Oh, my" says the woman very embarrassed, "I am so sorry, I will pay closer attention to the signs."

At this point the police officer notices the other passengers in the car: three more elderly women, all very pale and wide-eyed, clutching the armrests with white-knuckled hands.

"Ma'am" he asks "are your passengers alright? They look quite shaken."

"Oh, they'll be fine, dear" says the elderly woman "we just turned off of route 250."
