Good morning...

The changes to the overnight scripts seems to have worked well and, as a result, will give me an extra couple of working hours a day, all going well.

However, even though I've moved my router to a cooler part of the room, it is still dying four or five times a day.

Thus, I've had to order a new one.

The current one is about 9 years old so it's done pretty well but I do really have an aversion to spending money.

Still need must and without a reliable internet connection I'm pretty much stuffed.

The Overall Profit Index. If you had blindly backed every top three rated horse in all of the races you would have had 118.2 units returned to 114 units staked. The Overall Profit Index was, thus, 3.68%

Top Rated Horse - There were 12 winners from the top rated horses from 41 Races. If you had blindly backed the top rated horse in all of the races you would have had 31.31 units returned to 41 units staked. The Top Rated Profit Index was, thus, -23.63%

2nd Rated Horse - There were 7 winners from the second rated horses from 38 Races. If you had blindly backed the 2nd rated horse in all of the races you would have had 29.19 units returned to 38 units staked. The 2nd Rated Profit Index was, thus, -23.18%

3rd Rated Horse - There were 8 winners from the third rated horses from 35 Races. If you had blindly backed the 3rd rated horse in all of the races you would have had 57.7 units returned to 35 units staked. The 3rd Rated Profit Index was, thus, 64.86%

Non Handicap Races - Top Rated Horse - There were 17 non-handicap races yesterday. From these races there were 7 Top Rated winners. Thus, the Strike Rate (for Top Rated Horses) was 41.18%

Top Rated Horse - If you had blindly backed the top rated horse in all of the races you would have had 15.15 units returned to 17 units staked. The Top Rated Non-Handicap Profit Index was, thus, -10.88%

Non Handicap Races - Top Three Rated Horses - There were 17 non-handicap races yesterday. From these races there were 13 Top Three Rated winners. Thus, the Strike Rate (for the Top Three Rated Horses) was 76.47%

Something to make you smile...

Two Statues...

There were two statues in a park, one of a naked man, and one of a naked woman. They had been facing each other for a hundred years across a pathway, when one day an angel comes down, and with a single gesture brings the two to life.

The angel tells them, "As a reward for being so patient through a hundred blazing summers and dismal winters, you have been given life for thirty minutes to do what you've wished to do the most."

He looks at her, she looks at him, and they go running behind the shrubbery. The angel waits patiently as the bushes rustle and giggling ensues. After fifteen minutes, the two return, out of breath and laughing.

The angel tells them, "Um, you have fifteen minutes left, would you care to do it again?" He asks her "Shall we?" She eagerly replies, "Oh, yes, lets! But lets change positions. This time, I'll hold the pigeon down and you shit on its head."
