Good morning...

I don't believe it!

Just 2 weeks after splashing out on an all bells and whistles router to improve my internet access...

My village lost internet access for 7 hours yesterday.

The last time this happened it took 4 days to fix the problem so I spent most of those 7 hours rather worried, to say the least.

Luckily, I was up early and had got the selections and so forth out early but it was still rather worrying.

Obviously, not being able to get online did hinder my work but...

I did manage to update the spreadsheet that I've been working on.

It should be fairly self explanatory but I will provide a walk through tomorrow morning.

This is just a discussion spreadsheet but it does show that there are many opportunities to have 8 or 9 bets on a single race for certain race types.

More explanation tomorrow.

2nd Rated Horse - There were 6 winners from the second rated horses from 11 Races. If you had blindly backed the 2nd rated horse in all of the races you would have had 24.13 units returned to 11 units staked. The 2nd Rated Profit Index was, thus, 119.36%

3rd Rated Horse - There were 1 winners from the third rated horses from 11 Races. If you had blindly backed the 3rd rated horse in all of the races you would have had 5 units returned to 11 units staked. The 3rd Rated Profit Index was, thus, -54.55%

Non Handicap Races - Top Rated Horse - There were 4 non-handicap races yesterday. From these races there were 0 Top Rated winners. Thus, the Strike Rate (for Top Rated Horses) was 0%

Top Rated Horse - If you had blindly backed the top rated horse in all of the races you would have had 0 units returned to 4 units staked. The Top Rated Non-Handicap Profit Index was, thus, -100%
