A disappointing day for the Place Betting Strategy but a good strike rate for the top rated and...

If you had blindly done the forecast on the 50 qualifying races (those without a top two rated non-runner) then you would have had £64.00 returned to £50.00 staked.

If you had blindly done the reverse forecast on the 50 qualifying races then you would have had £152.99 returned to £100.00 staked.

If you had blindly done the Trifecta on the 50 qualifying races then you would have had £367.10 returned to £50.00 staked.

If you had blindly done the Combination Trifecta on the 50 qualifying races then you would have had £398.50 returned to £300.00 staked.

The Overall Profit Index. If you had blindly backed every top three rated horse in all of the races you would have had 134.52 units returned to 148 units staked. The Overall Profit Index was, thus, -9.11%

Top Rated Horse - There were 18 winners from the top rated horses from 52 Races. If you had blindly backed the top rated horse in all of the races you would have had 51.4 units returned to 52 units staked. The Top Rated Profit Index was, thus, -1.15%

2nd Rated Horse - There were 8 winners from the second rated horses from 50 Races. If you had blindly backed the 2nd rated horse in all of the races you would have had 39.62 units returned to 50 units staked. The 2nd Rated Profit Index was, thus, -20.76%

3rd Rated Horse - There were 6 winners from the third rated horses from 46 Races. If you had blindly backed the 3rd rated horse in all of the races you would have had 43.5 units returned to 46 units staked. The 3rd Rated Profit Index was, thus, -5.43%
