Morning News

focus-ratings-mornoing newsGood morning...

You know...

I haven't forgotten about the day of the week strategy that I mentioned a couple of weeks ago.

Once again, the analysis needs to be done properly and that takes time.

But, rather than make you wait for the complete article...

I thought that I'd share what I have as and when I find time to do the work.

The initial (most basic level) analysis shows the following...

Day Strike Rate
Monday 20.10%
Tuesday 19.35%
Wednesday 19.55%
Thursday 19.64%
Friday 19.56%
Saturday 18.57%
Sunday 19.42%

The data is for Winners from Top Three Rated horses.

I'll start doing some of the logical breakdowns this afternoon.

Anyway, enough of that; there'll be plenty more waffle about that later on next week. Firstly let's get on and take a quick look at yesterday's results in more detail....

Yesterday's Results

Yesterday's Results, show a strike rate (for our top rated horse) of 26.32%.

Yesterday's Live Ratings, show a strike rate (for our top rated horse) of 25%.

Yesterday's - Link to Follow - results for All Races (including previously unrated races), show a strike rate (for our top rated horse) of 22.73% from all 44 Races (including previously unrated races.)

The Overall Profit Index. If you had blindly backed every top three rated horse in all of the races you would have had 97.72 units returned to 120 units staked. The Overall Profit Index was, thus, -18.57%

Top Rated Horse - There were 10 winners from the top rated horses from 38 Races. If you had blindly backed the top rated horse in all of the races you would have had 28.96 units returned to 38 units staked. The Top Rated Profit Index was, thus, -23.79%

2nd Rated Horse - There were 6 winners from the second rated horses from 39 Races. If you had blindly backed the 2nd rated horse in all of the races you would have had 29.63 units returned to 39 units staked. The 2nd Rated Profit Index was, thus, -24.03%

3rd Rated Horse - There were 7 winners from the third rated horses from 43 Races. If you had blindly backed the 3rd rated horse in all of the races you would have had 39.13 units returned to 43 units staked. The 3rd Rated Profit Index was, thus, -9%

Something to make you laugh.

A Mafia Godfather finds out that his bookkeeper, Guido, has cheated him out of $10,000,000. His bookkeeper is deaf.

That was the reason he got the job in the first place. It was assumed that Guido would hear nothing and would therefore never have to testify in court.

When the Godfather goes to confront Guido about the missing $10 million, he takes along his lawyer, who knows sign language. The Godfather tells the lawyer, "Ask him where the money is."

The lawyer, using sign language, asks Guido: "Where's the money?"

Guido signs back, "I don't know what you are talking about."

The lawyer tells the Godfather: "He says he doesn't know what you are talking about."

The Godfather pulls out a pistol, puts it to Guido's head and says, "Ask him again or I'll kill him!"

The lawyer signs to Guido, "He'll kill you if you don't tell him."

Guido trembles and signs back, "OK! You win! The money is in a brown briefcase, buried behind the shed at my

cousin Bruno's house."

The Godfather asks the lawyer: "What did he say?"

The lawyer replies, "He says you don't have the balls to pull the trigger."
