Good morning...
It doesn't seem like it was such a wonderful day yesterday but...
Whilst I was watching the results come in, I couldn't see so much too wrong.
Our Place Betting Strategy has made a profit again this month and I need to get on to do an end of month report to explain that.
Anyway, I'll get to that, firstly let's get on and take a quick look at yesterday's results in more detail....
Yesterday's Results, show a strike rate (for our top rated horse) of 20%.
Yesterday's Live Ratings, show a strike rate (for our top rated horse) of 20%.
Yesterday's - Link to Follow - results for All Races (including previously unrated races), show a strike rate (for our top rated horse) of 23.26% from all 43 Races (including previously unrated races.)

2nd Rated Horse - There were 6 winners from the second rated horses from 37 Races. If you had blindly backed the 2nd rated horse in all of the races you would have had 26.3 units returned to 37 units staked. The 2nd Rated Profit Index was, thus, -28.92%

A Fishy TaleThey have been fishing there every day for three months, but every time they failed to catch anything.
Desperate and all out of ideas, the captain decides to ask God to help him.
"God," he shouts to the heavens. "Every day my men cast their nets, and every day they bring them back empty. All our careers are on the line, Lord. Please, let us catch some fish, and I promise to give up swearing."
Nothing happens, so he decides to continue praying.
"I will also stop lying! I will stop cheating on my wife! I will stop gambling! Lord, please let us catch some fish! That is all I ask!"
Nothing happens again, so he decides to pray some more.
"Lord, I will never sin again! I will give food to the hungry! I will give money to the poor! I will go to church every Sunday! I will not touch alcohol, Lord! I will not smoke! I will become a priest! I will make sure all my men become priests! Let us catch just one fish, Lord, and-"
Before he could finish his sentence, the boat began to rock. Thousands of fish were teeming below the water's surface, filling the nets to bursting point. The crew cast their nets into the sea, and each time they came back overflowing with fish. Soon, they had enough to feed their whole town ten times over.
The captain glanced to heaven again and said,
"Never mind, we found some."
Today's early test ratings show 21 rated races from four meetings.
Have a great day's racing!
