Good morning...

Well, it looks like you guys had a good bank holiday yesterday.

The results from the ratings were pretty decent and...

After a losing run of one day, our Place Betting Strategy is now back in profit for the month.

Seriously, yesterday was the first day since early April when I've looked at the results and felt quite comfortable.

This time if the year is difficult but yesterday seemed to me as if we'd turned a corner.

Now, that's jinxed things, hasn't it?

Anyway, let's get on and take a quick look at yesterday's results in more detail....

Yesterday's Results, show a strike rate (for our top rated horse) of 27.08%.

Yesterday's Live Ratings, show a strike rate (for our top rated horse) of 25.49%.

The Overall Profit Index. If you had blindly backed every top three rated horse in all of the races you would have had 127.02 units returned to 148 units staked. The Overall Profit Index was, thus, -14.18%

Top Rated Horse - There were 13 winners from the top rated horses from 48 Races. If you had blindly backed the top rated horse in all of the races you would have had 57.94 units returned to 48 units staked. The Top Rated Profit Index was, thus, 20.71%

2nd Rated Horse - There were 4 winners from the second rated horses from 53 Races. If you had blindly backed the 2nd rated horse in all of the races you would have had 21.38 units returned to 53 units staked. The 2nd Rated Profit Index was, thus, -59.66%

Something to make you laugh

The Skin Graft

A married couple was in a terrible accident where the man's face was severely burned.

The doctor told the husband that they couldn't graft any skin from his body because he was too skinny.

So the wife offered to donate some of her own skin.

However, the only skin on her body that the doctor felt was suitable would have to come from her buttocks.

The husband and wife agreed that they would tell no one about where the skin came from, and they requested that the doctor also honor their secret.

After all, this was a very delicate matter.

After the surgery was completed, everyone was astounded at the man's new face.

He looked more handsome than he ever had before!

All his friends and relatives just went on and on about his youthful beauty!
