Good morning...

Yes, I've managed to drag myself out of bed...

But I have to say that it was an effort!

Still, work to do.

Yesterday was a day when the strike rates weren't wonderful but..

You could have blindly backed all the 92 top three rated runners (to £1 stakes) and...

Ended up having £108.92 returned to you!

Now, I don't recommend that as a strategy but it is a useful metric for me to monitor the overall accuracy of the ratings.

Not wonderful but, it could be worse.

Here's the actual review of some of the races...

1). Doncaster 13:35 – We got the first three in this race - unfortunately, not in the right order.

2). Huntingdon 15:05 – We got the first three in this race - unfortunately, not in the right order.

3). Doncaster 15:45 – We got the first three in this race - unfortunately, not in the right order.

4). Wolverhampton 16:15 – Our top rated horse was a non-runner. The Live Ratings promoted the 2nd and 3rd rated horse and brought in Bosnog as the new third rated horse. Bosnog won at 11.0 ISP (12.88 BSP.)

5). Wolverhampton 17:45 – We got the first three in this race - unfortunately, not in the right order.

Today's 5am ratings show 32 races from 5 meetings.

The stand out race (to my tired eyes) is...

Punchestown 14:55 - Our top rated horse, Dante's Firth, has a confidence level of 186.56% and is the Trainer's only horse at the meeting. She was the favourite last time out and has got two going places to her name. Her rating is 69% greater than her average rating which either means that she is improving or is in a race better suited to her than previous races.
