Morning News

focus-ratings-mornoing newsGood morning...

I suppose that yesterday was an average sort of day but...

We made a decent profit on our Place Betting Strategy.

We (just) made a profit on our First Page Strategy.

And, for the non-handicap races, we had a strike rate (for our top rated horse) of 45.45% and made about 10% profit on our stakes.

For more detail, here are the results in the Traffic Light Results PDF format... Yesterday's Traffic Light Results

Over the weekend I shall be fixing a bug whereby some of you are getting the same statistics on your system selections.

Unfortunately, I am not getting this problem which should make it an interesting one to work out.

Also, some of you are not receiving your system selections (and Portfolio bets.)

This is because your ISP is blocking mails from Focus Ratings; I shall also be sending another strongly worded email to the tech support department to try and get this resolved.

I am aware that the forecast prices aren't being computed for the Early Bird Preview ratings - this will be fixed today.

Anyway, let's get on and take a quick look at yesterday's results in more detail....

Something to make you smile...

Logic

In Japan, the fat intake in the average Japanese diet is very low and the heart disease ratio is lower than in North America and the UK.

However, in France, the average fat intake is very high, and yet, the heart disease ratio is lower than in North
America and the UK.

In India almost no one drinks red wine and the heart disease ratio is lower than in North America and the UK.

In Spain, everybody drinks too much red wine and the heart disease ratio is lower than in North America and the UK.

In Algeria, the average sexual activity ratio is very high and the heart disease ratio is lower than in North America and the UK.

In Brazil, everybody has sex like crazy and the heart disease ratio is lower than in North America and the UK.

In Austria, adults smoke 2 packs of cigarettes per day, on average.

Conclusion: Drink, eat, smoke and screw all you want.

It's speaking English that kills you.

Today

Today's early test ratings show 38 rated races from six meetings.

Four races are unrated.

Have a great day's racing!

As always...

My kindest regards
