Morning News

focus-ratings-mornoing newsGood morning...

Yesterday was pretty much what we could expect from a pretty poor day's racing at the end of the jumps season and the start of the Flat season.

The only standout for me was the 14:00 at Doncaster where our top rated horse, Right Action, won at 7/1 (9.4 BSP.) What was nice is that our second rated horse actually came second (at 8/1) and the resulting forecast paid £57.29 to a £1 stake.

The new R6 Plus ratings managed 4 winners from their 12 races and returned 13.0 points (to ISP) to the 12 points staked.

Anyway, let's get on and take a quick look at yesterday's results in more detail....

Today

Today's early test ratings show 21 rated races from three meetings.

With lots of small fields I expect a high strike rate for the ratings but, correspondingly, smaller prices.

Have a great day's racing!

As always...

My kindest regards
