Morning News

focus-ratings-mornoing newsGood morning...

A pretty good day yesterday...

Although let down by the later racing at Wolverhampton.

And what a shocker about Tony McCoy?

As soon as I learn a jockey's name...

He goes and chooses to retire!

I do hope that there's no link between these two things.

On the good side...

A certain North London football team beat another North London football team (and I'm not going to mention who I'm talking about for fear of upsetting any of you Arsenal supporters.)

And, our Portfolio bet won!

Anyway, enough of that nonsense, let's take a quick look at yesterday's results in more detail....

Yesterday's Results

Yesterday's Results, show a strike rate (for our top rated horse) of 26.83%.

The Overall Profit Index. If you had blindly backed every top three rated horse in all of the races you would have had 97.05 units returned to 125 units staked. The Overall Profit Index was, thus, 77.64%

If you'd blindly backed the top rated horse in all the rated races, you'd have had 29.44 units returned for 31 units staked.

However, if you'd blindly backed the second rated horse in all the rated races, you'd have had 54.82 units returned for 32 units staked.

There were no tricasts/trifectas yesterday.
