Morning News

focus-ratings-mornoing newsGood morning...

A quieter day yesterday although, once again, blindly backing the second rated horse was profitable.

I'd like to thank all of you who have commented on the new format ratings,

I've taken all of your comments into consideration and I think that you'll all be happy with the result.

The good news is that I've worked out how to display the overall results (on the Morning News) to BSP as well as ISP.

Anyway, that will happen next week, firstly let's get on and take a quick look at yesterday's results in more detail....

Yesterday's Results

Yesterday's Results, show a strike rate (for our top rated horse) of 17.24%.

The Overall Profit Index. If you had blindly backed every top three rated horse in all of the races you would have had 68.48 units returned to 90 units staked. The Overall Profit Index was, thus, 76.09%

Top Rated Horse - If you had blindly backed the top rated horse in all of the races you would have had 15.29 units returned to 29 units staked. The Top Rated Profit Index was, thus, 52.72%

2nd Rated Horse - If you had blindly backed the second rated horse in all of the races you would have had 30.69 units returned to 30 units staked. The Second Rated Profit Index was, thus, 102.3%

3nd Rated Horse - If you had blindly backed the third rated horse in all of the races you would have had 22.5 units returned to 31 units staked. The Third Rated Profit Index was, thus, 72.58%

Today's early test ratings show 33 rated races from five meetings.

It's going to a bit of a bitty day for me today as I've got lots of little catch up jobs to do.

Not so much fun as doing the Speed Ratings but it has to be done.

Like showing the results to BSP as well as ISP.

Have a great day's racing!

5 star ratingsOnce again, if you've got anything to say about Focus Ratings, please wander over to the Focus Ratings Review at Tipsters Review and have your say.

The income that we make from sign ups from that site keeps me in Red Wine and Smelly Cheese!

As always...
