The Ratings in TBE Import Format

Once we are all happy that these work (I am not a TBE user myself and, thus, can't test them), I shall ask for feedback as to how to improve them.

So, any TBE users out there, take a look at the import file that will be generated from tomorrow onwards (the link will be on the usual morning email) and please feel free to suggest any changes or additional functionality.
